On how many machines can I use Crm4Mac when I register?
The serial number is based on the name of the Home folder on your Mac. So with other accounts you cannot use the same serial number. Yet on any Mac with the same Home folder you can use Crm4Mac.
How can I get Crm4Mac?
You can download Crm4Mac on our website and some other websites. The software is free to use the first 30 days. After this period you need to enter a keycode. You can buy this code on our website.
Is it safe to send my credit card details?

Can I buy Crm4Mac in a package/box?
No.
Do I lose all information after the free test period?
No. The good thing about Crm4Mac is that all information is in your Addressbook, iCal and Mail applications. When the free period is over and you do not want to continue (which we cannot imagine), you simply switch to the Apple applications and see all info you can expect. Of course the linked data is hidden until you start using Crm4Mac.
Which support can I expect?
We use feedback forms on our website for questions and problems. In the case a bug gets tracked we will do our best to solve the issue immediately. Normal response times are 48 hours for basic questions.

Now Fred develops software and teaches software development. For Fred Crm4Mac is the ultimate challenge to integrate several technologies. Fred is an official registered Apple Developer.
What tools are used for the development of Crm4Mac?
Over 15 years of experience with leading contact managers and CRM systems is used as basis. What is essential for contact management and the basis for CRM. Crm4Mac does not have the ambition to be the most complete solution. In addition, 25 years of programming experience and the tools Xcode, Cocoa and AppleScript are used to realize Crm4Mac.
Why should I buy software when I can get free software like Palm Desktop?
We do not know any application which integrates iCal and Addressbook. Palm Desktop, like many others, do not link events to contacts. In addition crm4Mac links all activities and documents to contact persons and companies. There is no free application which does this.
Can I sync with Palm handheld devices?
Of course. We love the Palms devices. ISync does the job. Only the Crm4Mac propriety link list is not synced to the Palm.
Which word processors does Crm4Mac support?
Crm4Mac supports every word processor. Even Quark, Photoshop, Illustrator etc are supported. You can link every documents on your mac to contacts in the AddressBook, regardless of the file format. If the software which is used to create the file, you can even open the document directly in Crm4Mac. Including movies, invoices, mp3 etc.
Can I use Crm4Mac in a network?
No. Crm4Mac is focuses on single users. Of course you can have more than one calendar in iCal. For true multi user CRM systems, we suggest you to use more extensive and expensive systems that suit your need.
Does Crm4Mac work with Entourage?
No. We only focus on Apple applications because these are close to perfect and free.
Does Crm4Mac keep pace with new versions of Mac OS X?
We know we have a challenge here. We are fully dependant of Apple. The moment Apple seeds a new OS version we will test and try to support this. This is top priority for us. Yet a full guarantee no one can give you. Built to ensure you will not be surprised by a sudden malfunction, Crm4Mac will always check whether your system is still in sync with the applications Crm4Mac can support.
Can I use Crm4Mac for project management?
Yes, by using the group functionality in the AddressBook. We explain as simple as possible how to proceed in our readme file.
I installed Crm4Mac and I can't eject the image disk.
This happens when you run from the image disk. A background app starts (Crm4Mac helper). This is installed in your startup items.
Delete this item from the start up items. Restart your Mac. Copy Crm4Mac to your applications folder and start.
Crm4Mac does not see my IMAP email.
Crm4Mac does not look at the IMAP server, but in the offline folder on the Mac.
IMAP support only functions when the user has a local copy.
